It is still discharging a firearm and you can go to jail.

im outside city limits, does that still apply?

the police cant even patrol in here, as its private property, and they have been notified about this sh!t for years now, and have done nothing...

i have brandished a fully loaded AK-47 at one point at a group of 5 of them, they ran, got caught by the police, cops came by and laughed when told that i did that... they never even spoke to me directly...

at this point Randy, i dont even give a sh!t about going to jail anymore... my other only option is to get a can of bear spray, mace the hell out of them, then, let my feet do the talking...

oh, and for clarification, my statement "i dont even give a sh!t about going to jail anymore", doesnt mean im going to kill someone...

which is why im askin about the bags, because i will shoot a dude in the nuts with a bag, and take the discharge charge... not trying to get a murder charge, the live pistol will be on my side, just in case....

its kinda like fishing barbless... with bags, im atleast giving these thievin pieces of sh!t a huge chance of survival...

if they charge me, and i fear, then i will shoot the thing down thier throat, and they can hope for the best out of that issue...

frankly, im sick of this crap... i just dont know what options i have anymore, even when the police get called, they never get here when the people are here.. the one time they got here, was the AK incident, when we kept the people here for a second while the cops got organized, they caught them a half mile down the road... these little bastards now are running through the woods to the streets above, so we dont know where they are to even give a clue to the cops.. i figured they wouldnt be able to run very fast with a bruised a$$ or the back of the knee, as you know, im a pretty good shot, i dont miss grin

my only "criminal" offence was for possesion of Marijuana, 13 years ago.... never been arrested, never been to jail, nor do i plan on it...

i know what laws i have to follow here, but i would prefer to not have a bunch of guts on my front lawn.... or in my house...

for the people that know, is Wade's still open? or did they become another company and move? i thought there was something about that a while back.. would they carry them?

you can get them online, along with many many other applications, from darts, to wierd sh!t... they are perfectly legal... pepper balls, bags, darts, flares, square shot, rubber bullets, you name it...

i dont care to wait...

i honestly at this point would rather have my gun in my hands, because honestly, i would be smart about the situation... hence my question... i already know the laws...

I recommend poison darts. Get some frogs, and you're set.

I actually recommend a flamethrower, but that's hard to keep on the down low.

RCW 187.12.KMA : dont come onto Nates property with intentions of stealing something, or any other ill intentions, or any surrounding properties, , or face the penalty of being shot in the nuts with a bean bag out of a shotgun.

Scale it back a bit. Paintball gun, if you must. Otherwise, you will head to jail, AND lose our right to own firearms. People usually move along quite quickly once the paint starts flyin'. Assault 4 is a gross misdemeanor.

Also, we would miss your input here.

Why reinvent the wheel?
You already have the right weapon, your hatchet. Just think of a tweaker as a overgrown malnutritioned possum with less teeth.
You should be able to fill your punchcard up pretty quick. Just make sure you mark the correct catch area code and the "w" box for wild, unless there is a tweaker hatchery near Orting I'm unaware of.

i had thought about that DF, my brother has a pretty nice Tippmann that is really powerfull i could use... but what if the person pulls out a knife? or a gun? that was my thought with the bean bags...

i know i cant just run outside and start shooting at people, my intentions with this were exactly what i said, if i needed to use my shotgun, atleast they would have the remote opportunity to have a chance at survival, vs me using a 3 inch slug... i would prefer to not have bone fragments shot into my leg while weed eating or doing other yard work...

i dont want to hurt, or kill anyone... but im getting really sick and tired of losing things that i bought because someone else cant figure out how to get them legally...

i had a 700+ dollar Weber BBQ once.... ONCE... i also had a nice weed eater before i had to go buy another one, i also had a bunch of nice tools for doing the rockeries and irrigation work and other such stuff, i also had alot of other things... as did my neighbors... they also steal peoples mail... and this isnt just within the last week, this is within the last 5 years... noone has done anything about it...

im not going to be stupid about this, a couple people suggested grabbing some Bird Blunts (rubber caps for your arrows), then use the bow... well an arrow comming out of a 70# Twin Cam will paralyze you if it hits your spine, if it hits the base of the neck, it would be lights out, forever... im alot more accurate with a shotgun than i am with a bow now, i havent shot tourneys with the bows in a long time, so i have lost my edge... so that isnt an option...

when it comes to things like this, my temper is going to be a problem, with a shotgun, or even a pistol with live ammo, i would be very cautious with how i acted, as i know the outcome... with a bat, in a confrontation, i would likely get myself in trouble... and even with a paintball gun, i would likely get in trouble because i have ZERO problem shooting someone in the face with it that is stealing from me.... and they could go blind and sue me.... with a shotgun i would have to be carefull, and it would be used as a last resort, well, an initial "WTF are you doing here, are you trying to get shot", then, see the response...

my neighbors that have been getting hammered to, one, the lady is 67 years old, and still works at Fred Meyer, the guy, is in his 40s early 50s tops, was a M60 Gunner in the Army, and he cant do sh!t, because he has Liver Cancer, and gets radiation treatements, hes been sick as hell the last week because of it... do you understand how a person would feel if they were a gunner in the Army, and couldnt even protect their family because they are too sick from Chemo? all he does is help people, run out of gas for the mower, he will fill it up, having car problems, he will take a look at it, and people are just taking from him... they siphoned out a full tank of gas from his Grand CHerokee, and continue to steal it from his Ford he thinks, because its using way to much gas he says... the full to empty tank in the Jeep is a no brainer, because he is waiting on a set of heads to get here, so it hasnt been driven... yet its empty.... there is even a post on GF right now about a guy that had his truck tank filler hose cut off so they could siphon the gas out of it, and that was at Lake Kapowsin, which is down the road a little....

i am sick and tired of this bullsh!t, im not trying to "protect Pierce County", but i sure as hell will protect my house, and my friends and neighbors houses.... 5 years is too long to deal with the same old sh!t... if the police will not protect us, why should i have to live in fear of something getting ripped off, or, what happens when theres nothing left outside, that they enter the house? why should i even have to deal with this? 5 years, seriously?

i fvkcin HATE Pierce County, ive had tweakers at the river pin my GF in with their cars because they thought she was the FBI watching them... then they saw me coming, and wanted no part of it... about 20 people on the river got a kick out of that one... she now carrys a CS Gas/Pepper Spray/Uv Dye combo squirter i bought for her.... and even without a CPL, i have been carrying to the river every time i go, because theres a loophole, and its legal for me to do so.... ive just had it, and honestly dont know what the hell to do anymore...

Another classic "doesn't make any sense" sentence from Redhook.

Dude, pay some [Bleeeeep!] taxes. Cops ain't free. You are always bragging about your expensive stuff (you're like a drunk, delusional appaiser though) yet you have no real job. Perhaps tweakers want into your house because you spend a majority of time telling/showing people all of your [Bleeeeep!] and claiming it to be priceless.

I also laugh at Chuck's "jfc" but mainly because Redhook started his PP career by claiming Chuck S as a friend.

How about putting your stuff away, say garage or shed, and locking it up rather than leaving your tools outside where they are easy pickings. I don't care for tweakers either but you can minimize their opportunities with a little bit of effort.....and common sense.

it was locked up, in the shed, that was broken into, along with my neighbors... my new BBQ is chained to the deck with chain that you would use for towing cars, or tying down heavy loads on semi trailers.. something like 12k breaking strength not sure could be more... ive put alot of effort into protecting my stuff, only to be slapped in the face... and frankly, im fed up with it....

DF, good point... ill probably go that route, that way i can atleast shoot them with something that will hurt like hell, and wont kill them, and isnt even considered a firearm i dont believe... i dare them to call the cops and tell them that i shot them with a paintball gun while they were robbing us... thanks...

you would need a torch to cut the chain, and im using a funky style Master Lock that is nearly impossible to cut, the circular ones used for cargo trailers and job boxes and such...

the majority of the incidents are happening at night, but a couple have happened during the day, recently my neighbors shed was broken into in the afternoon while i was gone fishing, he was getting Chemo, and she was at work... the also used to use the roads, but one of my neighbors has cameras (like 10) hangin off his house, so now they come in through the woods and noone can see them....

my whole point is, i shouldnt have to do anything, i shouldnt have to spend money on cameras, or security lights (that i cant attach to the back side of the house due to wiring issues untill i have a friend come out and wire it), all i can do is catch them... then what?

i caught a few little theivin azz 19 year olds down the road after they were trying to get into my truck for my stereo from what my neighbor saw... i had the .38, and they knew it because i put it on the dashboard when asked "if i was packin" (yes, the idiots seriously asked that)... then they came back through and the AK incident happened, 2 of em went to jail, and i LOLed....

im not LOLing anymore...

im glad that some of you think that its funny... bet it wont be funny when it happens to you...

http://www.securityprousa.com/hy12ga.html

annnnd after reading what i just read and talking to a SPD Officer, i will no longer be inquiring about the use of bean bag ammo... if i shoot, it will be with buckshot, it will be 1 shot, and it will count... and that will only happen when i fear for my life, and of my families lives... so they better stay the fvck out of my house...

for outside, i think im just going to get a can of bear spray, and kick the living sh!t out of them and let them deal with it....

a POS Ford like that has a spot for them... and they are issued after being licensed... you will never see a LP640 with a front plate... nor a 430 Suderia, or a Veyron, Ultimate Arrow, or any other car of that nature... not like people that drive those cars would even give a rip about the no front plate ticket.. but they dont get ticketed... go to a car show with exotics and watch them all leave right in front of the cops...

anyways, back to tweakers... talked to the neighbor lady, and shes scared... 67 year old female, who wouldnt be... i said i would get an extra can of spray for them as well, and to call me at any time if they see anyone outside their house, or our house, or surrounding areas..... these little bastards WILL LEARN when i catch up with them, and its only a matter of time.... you can bet on that one...

and just for you guys, i will try to get it on video, personally, i think it will be a hoot, and my friends would enjoy it as well, so why the hell not...

I know you THINK you know everything, but the rest of us know...

You don't.

first off, you dont know what the fvck YOU are talking about... that article states nothing on cars that cost as high as 2 million dollars... some, even higher but im just ending it at the Veyron for potential NEW vehicles, and even a F50, which also doesnt have a spot for the plate... that article talks about some crap about vehicles from 1949 and OLDER...

my buddys tweaked 2004 STI doesnt have a plate on the front... wanna know how many tickets hes got?

ZERO...

he did however get a ticket for his straight piped waste gate that spews a 4 foot flame out the side of the car when pushing the full 27 pounds of boost out of the turbo... guess how many tickets he got for that?

1, which he beat....

please dont argue cars with me, i will pay you 5 dollars if you just stop...

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

ahhhh, grown a$$ lady gets flustered when shes proven wrong and starts calling names...

also, i never once have asked for anyones help on fishing regulations, im the one that clarifies it for people when i talk about it... you havent posted anything about "deadly weapons" either, in this case it would be the use of "deadly force" even with the less than lethal rounds as it is being a firearm and should only be used as a last resort... when completely fearing for your life... which i learned today, without your help...

you are the biggest troll on here, all you do is bash people and talk sh!t about politics... whats your go to lure for fishing for trout in the Duckabush in July? atleast contribute...

oh, heres a video of a very very well known artist, that lives in Seattle, well, one of his houses, video was all shot in Wa, and note, none of the cars have plates on them? they drive them here, why would they do that if it was illegal?

and why on earth have you gotten me to argue with something you think you know about? this is about TWEAKERS, not license plates on fvcked off 96 Taurus's
