I just went from a parker phoenix34 to the new mathews switchback xt. This bow is the [Bleeeeep!]! My accuracy just jumped 10 fold. If I was to buy a hoyt it would be the new trycon. My buddy has one and it is just as sweet.

I have a Marting MV2. They where an experiment. Too much titanium in the riser made them too expensive to manufacture. I've had guy's offer me 800.00 at the range for it. My backup is a High Country power xtream pro. Cam's are made by Mathews. Both bow's shoot great. I, on the other hand am still a crappy hunter. Ask the three Mulie buck I missed last fall!

I shoot a Mathews Outback with Axis 300 arrows, this thing was quite a shock to me when I first tried it.......way different than my 25 year old PSE !

How many martins were made with that riser?
Sounds like a sweet bow. I have been wondering
when bow companies would incorperate the titanium
riser. Im sure it would put the bows at 1000.00
or greater but would be absolutly sweet. What does your martin weigh?

Still using my Mathews Legacy at 64lbs. Can't imagine changing, as 34" axle-to-axle is plenty short for me and it shoots where I aim. It's just one of those "feels right" things that I don't plan to change soon. smile

C454,

Sorry It took so long to reply back. The weight of the Martin is less on by a few ounces. Most of the titanium is in the limb pockets. Swwet bow except for the sight. Martin uses pins that come from the left. I have been using it for three ytears now and still cannot get used to it.

Hoyt Medalist, 68# @ 29 inches. Bo doodle release when I'm shooting for money, fingers when I'm not.

Just bought a Matthews Ovation. Have shot a Martin Fury for years, and the martin was a great bow and was responsible for many years of white paper packages in the freezer. I will still have it as a back-up bow, but the Matthews caught my attention.

I shoot a bowtech allegiance. Best bow I've shot yet. This will be the first year that I'm not "upgrading" my equipment. I'm usually good for at least one new bow a year. Not this year.
