I still wouldn't pay more than 50 cents a pop for 'em, and the last time I bought them in bulk I think I paid more like 25 cents a pop...but I may have to bust out my stash and have a sale looking at the way dimwits are buying them up at ridiculous prices these days.

Probably not, though...I like fishing with them every once in a while, and I'm probably right at a good lifetime supply for myself as it is.

Fish on...

Todd

Looks like I might have to sell that bag of 100 in the garage I found today ... all translucent orange, the opening bid?

Oh...a bag of rusty hooks, two used spoons, a busted oar shaft, and big white Igloo cooler (missing its lid unfortunately).

Fish on...

If you get more than $100, don't forget to write yourself a commission check smile

okies will soon be a new item up for sale on the black market.......priced as high as cocaine and just as addicting it seems for the people shelling out that much coin for them online.

Didn't say what it was though....
The kid got lucky and got some rich parents.
Its ok he will be an assho!e in the real adult world if every thing was given to him. Really??? 20 for $350.00

I really don't find this neccessary to be saying this. I worked three summers to make enough money for my fishing gear. I also built over 15 rods and sold them. Not a low quality brand either, All North Fork blanks. I didnt buy all of my okies on ebay. Before shangle put the article online i was getting my okies for cheap. It was actually 30 okies for 350. I got over 200 hundred from a few old timers in my family. Yes i have quality stuff. I don't see why you need to say that though. I hope i see you on the river one day so i can out fish your ass in front of all of your buddies.

Okie drifters were a steelhead lure in the late 60's and 70's. Would they catch anymore fish than a corkie, cheater, birdie drifter, Sammi's or any of the other lures developed to catch steelhead????????

My observation is that the vast majority of fishermen, don't use the Okie drifter. At least not on the rivers I choose to fish......don't see them in trees, in back eddies, rigged up, or on snags.

I got rid of all of mine about 10 years ago...... $.50 a piece. Someone was happy at the time, me for sure......I got rid of them.

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

I saw a big ol' bag of them nail polish pearl/pink okies hangin' in some old-timer's man-cave... actually it was a couple bags. Musta been at least 100 per bag.

At 20 for $350 that comes out to.... dam even a eye surgeon can't count that high!

Sheeesh......anything for a buck.
I gave mine to a young fisherman. Have only a few left now.....never use them, and I'll be damned if I'll sell them. I'm not a money grubber.

I'd be happy to sell mine at the discounted rate of...ten bucks a pop.

$9.95 each if over 100 are purchased.

Fish on...

Money hungry? Not at all. The good thing about ebay is the buyer, for the most part, deterrmine the price which was fueled by their greed smile

Hey, I resemble that old-timer remark!

More like 3 bags of a hundred each. Ya mean they are worth enough to buy me a new Raptor? hmmmmmmmmmm!
