Well....since i cant post pics of women anymore because thats not considered "fishing" i guess i can spend an hour on the river and catch a few to show.

Had my limit in the first twenty minutes but let some fish go so i could keep fishing. Chrome. sea lice. two fire trucks were HUGE males. every other fish was dime bright. hooked a 14 or so. lost a few. let a few go.

I love this technique. We were the last people to show up. we poked around just taking our time. I sat down to wait for a guy to get out of my money hole. he was taking way to long so we walked down to where another guy was fishing....who said he had one bite all morning. I politely asked him if he minded if i casted a few times. he said no problem go for it. Fish Prince makes ONE cast. Fish on. Ok lets go see if boner is out of my hole yet. I dont like fishing this technique around people because they ask questions and also get very mad. boner was still ineffectively casting a spinner. snagged a nice one in the back. ....i waited. waited. he finally gives up. "you see that one i jsut had on" yeahhhh....uh huhhhh. " ton of them in there. only had that one on all morning..." my reply. " darn man. better luck next time " he finally walks up to his son 50 yards upstream. i get a big grin on my face....i tell fish prince " bahahah watch this" first cast is to short. i reel up. second cast....fish on. land. bonk. repeat. third cast....fish on. land bonk. repeat. fourth cast...fish on....land...let go. sixth cast. fish on. land. let go. "well. they just arent biting fish prince bahahahahha" we(EDITED) basically repeated this there process down that there whole river ( EDITED ). letting fish go, losing a few and waiting for people to give up and move out of our way so we could catch fish. saw three fish caught by other people. one other on the bank. I finally get hungry after an hour or so goes by. Fish Prince is limited. We've been fishign about an hour...hour and a half. I say...."hey lets go up to where boner was fishing so i can get my final fish." we walk up there. boner is cemented onto this log jam with his son. i wait politely. i dont have all the time in the world...mans gotta eat....so i ask in a very polite voice " you mind if i make 3 casts right there real quick...i only need three just need to finish off my limit. " they both turn....give me this weird look... " yeah sure....come on down." i smile at Fish Prince....he rolls his eyes. nice guy. haha. i walk down. short cast on accident. curse...i really wanted one on the first cast...oh well. Second cast. FISH ON. guy says " what the....wow....that didnt take him long" hahahaha game over.



like i said....you may have done it before....but let me know when you want to master it.

ANNND i found a free filet knife washed up on a grass clump. asked around...nobody lost one. bonus round!!!!

Ever stop to think that "boner dude" and folks like him might be the very same folks to whom you are trying to market your services? Degrading those with skill and/or knowledge sets below yours isn't a great way to get things rolling from a business standpoint, let alone a good way to approach life.

It is pretty clear that your learning curve is on the up-swing and that you are comparing yourself, in some cases at least, to folks at the lower and of the proficiency spectrum. Not only that, but you seem to think that landing fish is the most important part.

You will be humbled and probably sooner rather than later. Enjoy it.

impress? the fish gods..who else. my step father is the only other guy i have EVER seen CALL a fish 'babe ruth' style. He and i have done it numerous times on steelhead him many times more than me.....i think thats AWEESOME to be able to call a fish like that. I also thinks its AWESOME fishing this way. its cheap. FUN. it ruffles peoples feathers.


Boner is a term i use to guys sangging fish with spinners AND KEEPING THEM. which both he AND HIS SON did in FULL view of us THREEEE TIMES...i wouldnt teach him the technique for all of king midas's silver ( movie quote)

I do get a kick out of people who think they are the 1st to discover the "Secret Technique". The only difference now compared to 15-20+ years ago is we have the internet that allows them to proclaim Greatness.

In this case, the "Secret Technique" has been used for 15+ years. In fact I have witnessed a number of guides using it because it works and because it it EASY to teach. For some of us, it is one of many techniques in our arsenal.

For all the newbies, Just Google what you are looking for. The net is full of Free info.

I've called a few fish in my day - you don't want to overuse it 'cause you want to keep the batting average as close to 1000 as possible. One of the most rewarding "calls" I've ever done was jigging for spring kings in the Clackamas River about 22 yrs ago. I kept telling my older brother (8 yrs my senior who didn't want to hear chit from me as he was the "master fisherman") that he was casting right over the fish - that they were right at his feet. He kept casting to the rollers splashing around across the river when the fresh movers were coming up the edge of the current ducking in behind a big boulder to rest and then continuing on. I finally told my brother I was going to catch his fish and cast from about 30' downstream straight up the bank right at his feet and almost instantly had a nice fresh 20 lber on. IN YER FACE big bro! Rest in peace!

yes.....YOU could teach someone how to do it BADLY very easily. They would do it...catch a few fish and do exactly what you do..."its just another techniques in my arsenal" it is SUPER easy to give a guy a rod...go "here....now move the rod tip" and catche a few extra fish a trip. i watch them do it too. i also watch them have their clients float fish. side drift. any nutter can do it. as long as they can cast.....but see thats where it stopped for you.

NOT a LOT of INFO out there. even if there was. you cant explain how to do it right unless you SEE it done. with no pictures and just words do you think i could explain to you how to tie a bowline in under a month??? no. but i digress...you have no idea what im talking about ...because you dont know anything about this technique, because if you did...you wouldnt be using terms like "arsenal"

arsenal???? i singlehandidly outfished 15 to 20 fisherman COMBINED today IN AN HOUR AND A F******* HALF when they fished ALLLLLLLL MORNING AND AFTERNOON. HALF THE TIME I WAS WAITING FOR THEM TO LEAVE so i could fish....i proabbly only ACTUALLY FISHED FOR 45 minutes. not even by a close margin....i outfished 15 to 20 fisherman COMBINED by a LANDSLIDE. i consistently do it every time. arsenal....no bro you need a lobotmy. Its not easy or everyone would be doing just as well as i am.
