Upon sale will these "SPECIAL" sided retrieve reel come with a helmet or a cone? Or which one do you recommend for what reel? I've never used a bait caster in all these years on the "Special" side so I guarantee I'd FSU!

yes i am... ive also really wondered about the hype of these reels.. ive only used old Ambassaduers, never a Bantam... matter of fact, ive never seen one in person...
how much do you want for that 500, i think its time to try one of these on the S Glass...

So do you want to sell or hold out for big $? I have three Bantam 50s and paid $75 each for the last two, used but in good condition from a board member. Yours are worth at least $100 if not more.

A lot of factors come into play when selling old bantams. Are these reels new or mint? Do you have the parts kits, manual, boxes, oil and stickers for both reels? And also where do you plan on selling them? I recently sold a shimano bantam mag 201 sg on ebay for $336.oo but couldnt get more than 200.oo on here. Without knowing more about the reels all I can tell you is the 1000 sg is the more valuable of the two.
