I've got a brand new 20' jet diver that developed a water leak yesterday. After Googling the issue it seems like a common occurrence for most. any solutions to this? I read that you can drill a hole in it, drain the water and use epoxy to fill the hole. Then dip the rear end of the diver in fishermans lure coat which will seal any leaks in the seam.

Anybody have any luck repairing these? We were on anchor in a deep king hole so I really don't think damage from river bottom structure occurred. didn't hook any fish on diver and bait or plugs but did hook one back bouncing eggs and one on spoons...I lost them both.

I just use gorilla glue, just put a dab on the area leaking, and it will stop leaking , works great for me, cuz those dam thing aren't cheap...

I used to heat up a tip of a small screwdriver and kinda weld it where the leak is. I would put the diver into very hot water and find out where the leak is. Bubbles come out so ya got the spot.

Another quick in repair option are UV cures.
A small tube of Loon UV Knot Sense has saved the day a few times for quick and easy repairs.

Smash it.Than back bounce or float fish.Good luck,

I think this is caused by sitting in one spot too long, hitting the same rock over and over in the same spot on the diver ... Did you guys move all day?
I was in the black and silver 20' Willie, said hi to you once or twice not knowing that was you. All the fish were downriver from you guys about a mile.

Haha. Small world man. I remember seeing that boat. we actually put in and took out right there so i wasnt in a position to head down around the corner. our main focus was that one hole. Hoping to intercept the pods as they pushed through. that's where I hooked the back bounced fish. after a while we wandered up and spooned the bar there which is where I hooked the other one. I heard you guys did ok but most sleds we saw were having a onesy-twosy day as well.
