Metaladdiction,

Not much happens in my life since it goes largely unphotographed.

2Many,

Was planning to go out yesterday, but came down with the crud. Didn't even stay at work this morning. Maybe one evening this week.

Good deal SG! I've always liked the modern Yamaha motors -- reliable and seem like they have the most sensible flushing setup as well. Good deal!

You won't miss dumping high buck 2-stroke oil in the engine. Roughly, you are talking about 1/5 to 1/10th the oil cost with a 4 stroke vs the 2's.

Oh, and the quiet.

Hopefully FP's oil change device works on your outboard.

Cheers,

-S

I'm sure you will be happy with your decision Salmo. We sell every brand out there and I will say, I see more Yamis and Etecs leave the building than any other. The Yamahas are quite, reliable and use mucho less fossile fuels. The Etecs are snappy, great out of the hole and light but you will pay a bit more for 2- Stroke oil in the long run. Knowing that you are a guy that most likely uses the boat (most of the time) to get from A to B (not side drifting wink ), I think you made a wise choice. thumbs
