The rods you have are awesome for light plug use. I have one and love it. I think it's a 710 though?.

What blank did you decide on, if it is the Seeker SH832 and you want the eye specs/spacing of the FS83C, so you can load it up about the same, the blank will seem a bit stiffer then a wrapped FS83C, but once eye's installed, the added weight will make them very close. And she will work the plugs as they should be worked.

The seeker rods are bad ass blanks, you might want to look ay the live bait rod/blanks if you want the 7'9 to 8'4. I have a few i twisted up a few years ago they are 8'0 6-25lb 1pc i can run tiny tads to jet diver 30 on these sticks they are the [Bleeeeep!]. Glass all the way, sorry cant remember mdl#
