Wondering who has the best selection of the "SMALL" hoochie packs to buy either online, or over the counter? Looking for 1.5" to 2". Most over the counter around Tacoma have limited or depleated stocks.

Head up to Silver Horde in Lynnwood... right to the source! They do sell retail if you are a nice person.

Seamar in Seattle usually has a good selection of hootchies. Or, if you're trying to save some dough, check out the crappie tubes from basspro. Do a search for squirmin squirts. Plus, they have free shipping right now.

Not out, just limited selection on 1.5's. Kind of hit and miss there.

ebay.

If you don't mind buying products from China, there are a few China sellers that sell them in multi-packs for great prices. I bought a packet of 100 for about 7 bucks (free shipping) a year ago.

Like most things in life, there's lotsa differences in quality when it comes to hoochers.

The material itself can be very supple or extremely stiff. Some of the legs are cut fine and even, others look like they were cut by the blind. Colors may look good at first, but quickly fade... or the hoochers get hydrated and the colors change. You get what you pay for. Sometimes it matters, sometimes it don't.

With the Goldstar/Yamashita brand, you're getting TOP quality. Nothing else even comes close.

I agree that Goldstar/Yamashita are top of the line for quality hoochies. Kokanee fishermen use a lot of those smaller hoochies and suspect you will find what you need at the "kokanee section" at most of the stores that have near by kokanee fisheries or those sites catering to kokanee fishers.

Goldstar isn't the only game in town! North Pacific Hoochies are far superior! They can be hard to find but they will have a new northwest rep soon. They are more durable and have larger more attracting eyes. think about it........1000's of Canadian commercial fishermen can't be wrong!!!!!

give them a call, their extremely helpful and you don't have to be part of any clan.

there is a hoochie CLAN? I want in.
Goldstar / Silver Horde is better, has three smaller sizes, does a ton to support the local fishing community and has been for over 50 years.

Hey guys,

I saw a couple referrals to my site a couple months back but wanted to check with Bob before jumping on here and saying "Hi". Thank you to Larry and Brewer for sending folks my way.

I'm new to the game but have been slowly building my inventory. I currently stock over 150 color/size combinations included in which are 27 colors of 1.5" skirts, 6 colors of 2" and 31 colors of 2.5" skirts for you guys looking for smaller skirts.

If anyone has any questions, please feel free to ask.

Tight lines!

Great points! Always buy locally when I can and especially in support of a small manufacturer/distributor like Goldstar/Silver Horde. Those folks are located in Lynnwood, fish alongside us, and donate to numerous events.
