What gadget or clippers have you found to be the best cutter on Power Pro braided line? I’m finding that the cheapy nail cutter is not “cutting” it. Pardon the pun…. : )

I use a small wire nippers..

I bought two cheap scissors at Staples that were meant for kids school work. The blunt tip doesn't poke holes in my pocket. Two scissors for $5 and they're great for braid. They work as well or better than the "fisherman scissors" I got for Christmas a couple years ago.

There is a something called boomerang tool it has a very short snip end kind of like nail clippers but shaped like scissors

My 4" fillet knife works just fine.Good luck,

+1 for what Ward said. Cheap, round nose craft scissors from Michaels, Ben Franklin etc. Buy multiple pairs for back ups. They work great and if you lose a pair or they rust up its no big deal. Also, Home Depot has great deals on cheap scissors and they are usually a good brand like Husky. You can buy a (3) pack set for like $10 bucks.

Leatherman scissors work pretty good. In the boat I have a couple of cheap Home depot scissors laying around that work fine too.
