West Seattle salmon: Help Puget Soundkeeper scout, and save, Longfellow Creek coho

[Saturday] morning, you’re invited to join Puget Soundkeeper Alliance for a walk along Longfellow Creek in North Delridge, as the group continues to investigate the health of local salmon. We got a preview by joining Kathryn Davis and Michelle Piñon from Soundkeeper on Wednesday as they were joined by Elissa Ostergaard, a creek steward from South King County. .... http://westseattleblog.com/2014/11/west-...w-creek-salmon/

That's cool, used to jump over that creek on my way to HS each morning. Remember spooking boot coho out of the cut banks. Hope for better times ahead on that urban stream.

What rains carry into streams is making them unfit for salmon
