Appears someone has an issue with the truth.

Didn't sign up here to argue or debate, but to share the benefit of my experience.

Just take a look at what is going on with all the public lands around the US...they are being locked up faster than appeals can be filed, and this affects every user of those lands. Fishermen, hunters, prospectors...all.

This wording in this particular bill is most troublesome, as it can be widely interpreted to apply to most any activity involving public waterways. Bit by bit, these extreme environmental groups are pushing more and more legislation to keep everyone out of "their" rivers, creeks and forests.

Except that this one isn't being pushed by environmental groups, extreme or otherwise...it's an anti-sportfishing bill being pushed by commercial fishing interests.

Truth is, I am very concerned about losing access to lands and resources that have historically been readily available for all, and bit by bit that seems to be happening.

BTW, your company puts out some killer spoons...caught a toad of a steelhead with one last year.

Thank you...and either way, no matter who is pushing this one, it has the potential to pretty much halt any activity in or on any river most all the year...and that sucks.
