The world bank's and the Fed are already making plans for massive QE to begin again very soon, when we are officially notified that we are in the recession we have been in the last 8 years. The problem is now there is no one to sell T-bonds to so the QE will be cash directly pumped into the economy, (helicopter drops), is one way to put it as a figure of speech.

When will it happen? maybe on a Tuesday but probably after the election regardless of who get elected.
