I heard the chums have entered the rivers. I primarily fish the Snohomish (and adjascent Slues) and the Skagit.

Any advice as to location? Lower river area?

Also, what lure colors are best. I heard bright orange and red (hotshots or flatfish)?

Can anyone confirm, deny or add to this?
