So far the only persuading you've done is say that there is a context to the crimes that we don't know about...not trying very hard.

+1, yes still waiting to be convinced that my gut feeling on Swanny's character is wrong.

We've been telling him that for years now. He's immune to it.




Took a judge out fishing once. Put him on to a pile of fish and he proceeded to hook, land, and kill two unclipped steelhead. Nofckingway was he going to let those fish go, even though one was not allowed to retain unclipped fish, so he kept them any ways.

As my old man once told me: "Son, never trust a jury of your peers and never trust a judge."

That being said and IMO, most people who stand before a judge did the crime and whine when they have to pay the time....

...except for those people who were wrongly accused and later aquitted and to whom I met at this years Innocence Project dinner.

Oh, and back to Swann? Wouldn't be guilty if he was in front of the judge, now would he?
