Hello All:

Just got back from La Push/Forks. I was in the area for the day. The rivers I observed looked to be in pretty good shape. Nice and green. Speaking fo green...Lake Cresent looked emerald green on the way back to Kitsap this afternoon. There was a good size hail storm over the lake that was pretty dark. Would have been a really nice pic. I need to keep my camera with me. And FYI...careful on the roads. Around 3:30pm today there was a good two inches of hail/slush on 101 about ten miles W of Cresent. Pretty nasty wreck. I only saw half a car!

Anybody get out on the water teh last few days???

I drove past/over a lot of rivers on my way up to Mt. Baker today...Stilly, Snoh, Samish, Skagit, Nooksack, they all looked pretty good....If I only knew how in the hell to fish rivers I'd be out there every day....

Dude you just answered your own question. That's how you fish rivers. You get out there and get after it,day after day after day until it all starts making sense. It's easy. You have to pay attention though.
