Yee gads! That was agonizing to watch just from the standpoint of utter inefficiency. That should have been about a 3 second procedure with a small dehooker..... without all the unnecessary tissue manipulation. It's the same way with releasing fish.... some dudes take for frickin' ever to get a hook out and get the fish on its way! And BTW the title of the video is a total misnomer... that hook was no where near his eyeball... it missed by at least 3 mm. It was entirely in the lower lid. Had it really gone through the globe, it would have been tethered to his eyelid... and there's no way in hell he would have been able to withstand the pain of all the gyrations he put the eye thru.
