fishonjohn Returning Adult Registered: 12/17/04 Posts: 396 Loc: Port Angeles	For those interested in halibut fishing, I just received a letter from WDFW saying that IPHC has set the total allowable catch for halibut area 2A (that includes WA.) at 1.02 million pounds, this is a reduction from last year of 26%, last year was 1.38 million pounds.
