Did some calling around on why all the net season's above Warrior Rock and was told it's to save Tule impacts for the Ocean and Bouy 10 fisheries, which just happen's to be the next target for the power co's. Go figure

Couldn't imagine how getting more (LRW) back and trying to catch less at the same time would create problems for the fisherys managers. Gillnet fleet was easy just move them a couple miles above the Lewis were they can take 5% of the URBS and focus on the Bonnevillepool hatchery fish for the fall season. I would also imagine it's making the owners of all the Hydro dams on the Lewis alittle testy since they are privately owned and unlike the Federal Dam's which tax payer's subsidize along with all the wind farms which are standing around like a bunch of Lawn Gnomes, actually need to make a profit.
