Had some pucci swivels seperate on me this summer fishing coho and am in need of some more rolling drop swivels for drift fishing steelhead. Looking to try a new brand but all I saw at the store was pucci and vision which I thought was even cheaper...

Which brands do y'all recommend?

i still can't figure out what a "rolling swivel" is. must be some kind of engrish, kind of redundant.

i haven't had any trouble with the visions, unlike their hooks. i have a feeling that all these new vision, pucci, beau mac etc swivels are made on the same line somewhere in china, though.

FYI... think it was Paker that invented those things.

I usually shop at Sportco and pick up Vision but they were out this last time so grabbed a package. I have had vision separate on me so no matter what you buy you will have to test it after you make your final knots.

I run the vision rolling drop size 7. Yes they have fallen apart on me. However I haven't lost a fish due to this happening. I was the Rosco made in USA swivels would come out with the rolling drop.....problem solved. Good luck,

All I've ever seen is the Pucci. They're hard to find up here too. The local stores look at me like I'm speaking Chinese when I ask if they can stock them.

I've used 3-way swivels and a small duolock in a pinch.
