does anyone remember what these are called? i thought i had an old one when i was a kid, but dont remember these hook styles on any spoon of that era....

got them at a garage sale with a few other things, even got an original sealed pack of red Gooey Bobs with the small sequins in the package... couple plugs as well...

anyways, these are it...
