Heads up, if you haven't read it already: NW Sportsman put together a well-done piece on SB 6813, quoting WDFW director Phil Anderson as saying the passage of the bill would = across-the-board cutbacks in hatchery production (trout, salmon & steelhead), the loss of more than 10 game wardens, and a significant reduction in services rendered by DFW personnel.
