Fished Sunday late morning early afternoon by the green can and bait box at possession and then trolled over to shipwreck and didn't see many caught. Any tips out there where to get them? The coho run can't be over yet in the sound...can it?

fished monday and got two limits..had one double..lost two at the boat..couple more takedowns..released a 14# blackmouth....fish with the current, middle of the channel..80-100' deep..hotspot and coyote cop car...works for us

Dont feel bad Jeff, everone I talked to did poorly on Sunday but today (Monday) was really good.

Conditions were pretty tough Sunday. Wind out of the North. We managed to get two fish loosing one big sombicth right at the boat. Trolled whole and cut plug with three to eight ounces of lead. Downrigger guys seemed to be doing fairly well. Boat launch line at Muk was about 45 minutes at 6am. Fresh bait was available. See you this weekend!

thanks for all the posts guys! I was trolling with downriggers, hot spot & coyote spoon and green hotchies at different depths depending on where I was seeing marks on the fishfinder. I'll give another try on Sunday.

THE FISH WERE THERE FRIDAY NITE. WENT OUT AT 3:30, BACK IN AT 5:30. AND I THINK THE BITE WAS JUST COMING ON, CUZ EVERYONE HAD FISH ON. CAUGHT ABOUT 15. HAD 3 DOUBLES ON BUT ONLY GOT IN 4 OF 6. WENT IN WHEN WE HAD 4 NICE HENS ABOUT 8-9 LBS. TROLLED IN THE MIDDLE BETWEEN THE POINT & THE WRECK AT LEAST 600 FEET CUZ THATS ALL THE FINDER GOES TO. 70 FEET DEEP. GREEN FLASHER & SQUID. THE ONLY BAD NEWS WAS I PUT ONE IN THE SMOKER LAST NITE & FORGOT ABOUT IT. ITS PROBABLY JERKY.

GO DEEP young man GO DEEP! Have got most of my big fish the last 2 weeks 80' or lower fishing the rips. Anything less than 8lbs has been going back. Still been a hot fishery lately.
