Anyhow, I think things are looking up for the Cougs next year I believe our non-conferance schedule has Eastern Ore., Central Wash.(their J.V. of course) and Western Wash.. We should win at least 1 out of 3 so a winless season shouldn't happen anytime to soon.Congrats to the Ore. schools and the Dogs they certaintly represented the Pac 10 well..

Dan, WSU is not the doormat of the Pac Ten. WSU beat Cal and USC and played in OT against Oregon, Arizona, and ASU. The only blowouts were against UW and OSU. UW and OSU both had great seasons. Too bad the OSU players and UW fans are classless.

My apologies, steelyhorn, but steelheadman left me little choice by going after the Dawgfather like that. I don't really think the Cougs are as bad as the Apple Cup made them look, and I'm sure they're going to surprise some people next year.

As far as OSU goes, I don't think you should have to beat the same team twice in one season to convince anybody. Isn't once enough? With identical 11-1 seasons, and the head-to-head in our pocket, OSU has NO claim being better than UW. If UO had only one loss, I'd say the same thing about them. They won the head-to-head against us, but then they got smacked around by OSU, so that blew it for them.

Anyway, the season's over. I think the Pac-10 looked pretty repectable in their bowl games, and now it's time to fish away until next year. WAY TO GO PAC-10 !!!
