I've not been winter steelhead fishing in probably 13 years, and short of a complete washout I'll be banking it one of the days this weekend.

Any insight on good places to hit for the uncommon bank maggot? I'm thinking that Oxbow would be a good spot on the Sandy but the lower Clack I'm at a loss, as some of the best fishing in there seems to be boat fodder.
