Can anyone tell me,or at least shed some light on why there is so little water being let out of the Skagit dams? Our governers office sounded concerned last Friday when I posed the question to them. However,there hasn't been any visable increase here at Concrete. It looks like it did last November when they the redds were left exposed & dry.
