Any Steelhead Fishing news on The Touchet, Tucannon or the Grande Ronde? Plan on hitting the Tucanon this weekend. Thanks in advance.

The Tucannon is always good for a fish or two. watch river flows we had a warm spell recentley and if the water comes up it will be good ,very good. Last time I fished it we had some real cold weather water was real low picked up a couple of fish but it was alot of work. I've not had much luck on the touche although I havent put the energy into it.Id go this weekend but I sprained my ankel last weekend on the umatilla r. so no tramping around in the river for a couple weeks.

fished the touchet by prescott, then 10 miles up river from the mouth thursday. NADA. wasn't to good. heard of them doing okay up by dayton though. Fished the tucannon today, and well, WOW...i did, lets just say pretty damned good. the waters cold and low although it did go up 7 cfs (from the other day). everyone is using corkies and roe. use a spinner, spoon, or spin'n glow out there to change things up a little. but, either way you should hook into fish. good luck!
