It's barely sprinkling here in Burien. I checked some of the local river flows and they seem like they've hardly been affected at all by the rain. I think the Sky's only come up about 100cfs.

Up here on the north end it has been pretty steady.

I think the first few days or so of decent rain here will all be absorbed by the ground and aquifers since it has been so dry. Then we will start to see some run-off.

Spent the afternoon on the Sky. Rain off and on most of the time. Its gonna take 2+ days off HARD rain to do any damage. It needs to pour to raise the lake levels and saturate the ground enough to runoff. You can stil cross the lower Sky in a few spots rolleyes

Released a 6lb Nate steelie around Gold Bar...Lotsa nasty chums from sultan down, not really worth fishing for in my book, few dark silvers rolling

I drove back and forth to Olympia today from Sequim. When I left this afternoon it wasn't raining at all in Sequim, but once I got to Gardiner it started. Along the hood canal it was raining pretty good. Hopefully it will keep raining and bring in some fishies. Stopped and looked at the Big Quil tonight at about 10:30pm and it was running pretty high.
