North River is opening a showroom in Tacoma this spring i belive March or April. You can check their web page for the exact date. I have a 20' Trapper and love it would buy it again if i had a chance to start over.

skeets.. no i'm not set on a NorthRiver... I just wanted to look at some up close and personal.. right now my thoughts are Northriver, Alumaweld and maybe Thunderjet... aww hell I don't even know if I wanna go with a Jet at this point.. not really interested in running in smaller rivers... that's what the DB is for..

PLEASE LETS NOT TURN THIS INTO WHAT HAPPEND WITH THE NORTHRIVER THREAD ON THAT 'OTHER' FISHING WEB SITE!! wink

Jets are nice even if you're in deeper water. I've had both prop and jet boats. The jet boats are more nimble under power, though they do require different technique to be nimble at low power. The newer inboard jets are just as fuel efficient as a prop. You don't have to worry as much getting close to the beach when you want to go ashore when a dock isn't handy.

And the best part is powering on and off the trailer.
