Sparkey, what a beautiful specimen! In 30 yrs. of fishing the south sound I have been fortunate enough to catch a fish like yours only once(last yr.), Congrats! Feels so good-Don't it?

Hmmm...that isn't a snag mark on....er....JUST KIDDING! Great fish! Cook that baby up in some chardonay and you've got a dinner fit for a king (salmon).

Marc, bioth fish we got out of area 9 the other day had spawner size, 11-12 inchers, but the bait we caught them associated with, because we snagged a few, was smaller maybe 4-5 inch. Ours were caught off a 5 inch or so cut plug and a 3 &3/4 in herring jig. Does that help confused

No joke, I personally weighed the fish. The guy holding it is 6'2 220lb . Notice he is not holding out the fish either. :p :p

Just Kidding !!!! Justin and I boated one a few
years back while fishing Possession Pt. on the
horse shoe, looked just like this one. We were
shocked when the scale at the Edmonds sling showed
16 Lbs. A real football!!!
