no i dont have them.... lol, was wondering if anyone knew what the top fish were runnin that weighed in up there. we managed 4 silvers over the weekend, 1 from pnp, 1 from edmonds and 2 from between medow and richmonds beach sunday morning. nothing over 10 so i didnt make the run to everett. im begining to loose faith in the coho run in the sound, the checker at edmonds had 5 fish at noon. time to stock up on wiggle warts and vibraxs.......

2 grand for the winning fish, seems kind of low for the amount of people entered and the $20 entry fee. Hope the proceeds went to a good cause.

Hey Doug, you bet! laugh I've got quite a few of the "secret lures" wink How've you been?

Plenty of feesh in the local reevers, but they have a serious case of lockjaw right now confused I'll keep you posted and we'll have to decide if we want to go out on the lake in your boat or hit the Sky/Snoho in mine. Take care

there were alot of people at the derby. and almost everyone won a prize. the water was packed, there was over 200 boats. the guy who brought in the big fish 15# won 2 g's. and the rest of the people won around 50 bucks or tackle.

From what I understand 2 out of the top 3 biggest fish were pulled out of the Cow by the confluence with the Toutle.

Seems to me that the areas in which you can fish and enter a fish into the derby are too broad. Of course how could you ever tell where a fish came from, but I think they should limits the areas to the Snohomish, and areas 8-1 & 2, 9, & 10 for next year.... or at least state that in the announcement.

Kinda sucks cause I know I could have drove all day to target hogs down south....but this is the EVERETT Derby, not the LONGVIEW derby. That's why I fished the sound.

Editing post to thank all the organizations and people who contributed to the derby this year. All the people I fished with had alot of fun.

You are right on the PSA derby.

I took 2nd place with a 4#11oz fish the winner was 7 ish.

We did not see many caught. The boat I was on with (Driftboat) took 2nd and 3rd.

At the time we pulled out the checker had 32 fish for 66 boats.

Doug,

Forget about Lake Washington this year, silvers are dinks and not enough to make it worth while fishing for 'em.

The trout and perch fishing is still good though.
My advise is fish with Justin on the Sky if the poor guy can ever get any time off. wink
