They may all pass because the citizen's want to send a message to the elected officials. I should say 'attempt' to send a message. Passing them means more hand wringing and work for gubmint.
I-1105 sounds like the better of the two private liquor initiative. We may be able to get some other hooch from around the world. I had a nice Martinique rum ithat was tasty but I can't get it here.

Why 1105 over 1100? I'd rather the retailers get their booze from whatever vendors they can instead of limiting them to established distributors. As long as we're breaking down the state monopoly, we might as well break down the distributor oligopoly with the same stroke. The more competition, the better for the consumer.

The one that gets the most votes becomes law. Both will probably pass It now comes down to who does a better job of getting voters to vote for it.

Salmo -- maybe I should read them both more carefully. I figured the distributors would have access to more choices in product and not limited as much, where as buying from the makers of the product would be limited to what can be reasonably acquired of their brands.
That said, I could be dead ass wrong but I'm man enough to admit it.
