For the Senate we already have term limits. Your vote.
I am not sure how well term limits work for getting things done as there is a steep learning curve.
Better that every district be a balanced party-wise as possible. No safe districts. Each incumbent would need to run on their record, not the fact that they were gerrymandered into a lifetime appointment.

Term limits on on the Congress would be high on my list of ways to fix the big money partisan politics. Our "vote" used to be de facto term limits but gerrymandering and the power of money has negated our vote. I'm sick of old phucks that have spent a lifetime pandering to the special interest group. Term limits would help to defend against special interests getting their talons into politics.
We instituted term limits on the POTUS in the 1940s time to do the same thing to the Congress.
Supreme Court Justices should remain for life.

Supreme Court Justices should remain for life. I agree with all of this. The entirety of Congress has an 11% approval rating, and a 95% re-election rate. If that right there doesn't tell you that this is a gigantic problem then you should consider heading out in the woods to look for Bigfoot and leave politics to the adults. Fish on... Todd

But most of us approve of our representatives. It is the "other" reps who are re-elected by dimwits. Ours have the support and votes of a deeply-thinking electorate.

I think they should have name limits on fishing forums. Once you choose a name you have to keep it.
