I thought the Makah rez was dry.....and for good reason it would seem.

A Makah man who was released from prison less than a year ago has been ordered back to prison for nine months for repeated drunken behavior that ended in a police standoff last month.

In 1992, Leslie Guy Wilson, now 37, was sentenced to 24 years for the shooting deaths of Richard and Jeri Husband. Prosecutors said he had been on an all-day drunk at the time.

After earning early release last September, Wilson began causing trouble on the reservation with his heavy drinking and refusals to go to treatment. Last month, Wilson broke into a garage in Port Angeles and refused to come out when police surrounded it.

A federal prosecutor in Seattle wanted to send Wilson back to prison for four years. U.S. District Judge Robert Lasnik refused, but warned Wilson that more misbehavior would cost him the four-year stint.
