Trump seems surprised that his friends that he gave jobs to are also conmen and hucksters, unqualified to do anything that their job description requires.
Not sure why this would surprise him, they are all just like him.
Pretty much anyone dumb enough to accept a Cabinet post from him will be the same...why would someone who is interested in either the Country or their career get in that mess?
