I have a feeling anybody who really wanted to blow some folks up would not have purposely made some crappy non working bombs, duct tape PVC and some wall mart digital watches all wrapped up in a manila envelope.

I think its more likely this was a diversionary tactic probably a false flag, they had this done to themselves to make themselves look like victims.

Much more likely that than some retard, terrorist, serial bomber who does not know how to make real bombs, risking his life and freedom just to make them look like poor victims.
