If we know we are not going to reach the quota, instead of the tribes and non-tribal commercial netteres getting the rest of the non-tribal recreational quota. When we don't fill it they ask for it and get it. Why don't we get to extend our season to finish our quota? They can ask for it and get it. Why can't we? They will just pick "our"fish up in the Columbia River later.
