It finally started at 11:30 am and it hasn't quite or going to quit. Already got almost an inch in the past few hours. Looks like we are not going to have a repeat of last year.

And the last three days we have had fresh silvers rolling my favorite estuary with every tide change.coincidence????

Oh mother earth,
For to kill the mighty salmon,
Which you have provided us as a fitting foe,
We need rain to quench the parched earth,
To wash the gullies,
To fill the rivers that the salmon may run free to our hooks and clubs.
We beseech you for rain, rain, rain, (until Thursday).

i want a WEEK of solid rain, hopefully the rain gods will give us at least 4 inches to start bringing those chums up in a few weeks

Please! no chums yet... We are just getting over the pesky pinks and onto chrome silvers... Although i wouldnt mind a scrap with a fresh chummy
