I know this has been replied to before. But how do you get your picture up. Sorry in advance for the stupid question

I think you have to have a certain amount of posts under your belt before you can have an avatar.

Use the search feature------- the directions are there in a couple of places, I couldn't do it without help, but that shouldn't surprise anybody.

No post # requirements

You have to have an addy for your picture ... that means either you have it on a personal site somewhere or you upload it to the bulletin board storage area.

Make sure it's roughly 125x125 pixels and try to keep the file sizes under 10k if you can.

Once you have the address for it, simply go to your profile, find the link to change the avatar and then enter that address and hit the button next to the text entry box ...

the picture will appear at the top of the window and then hit "select this avatar" and that's it
