You will have a nice time fishing with Randy on his Olympic, nice boat, nicer guy. I met him up at LaPush a few years ago and he helped us out alot, even though we had our own boat. When you are up there , tell him Steve from the FishNg1 Boat (Campion) says Hello, and that I will see him and "Sweet Willie" in September.

Should have great fishing too,

Steve Ng

Fished with Randy twice last year. Great guy. Knows that area as well as anybody. My dad bought a boat from him - 19 foot viking. You will love Randy's new boat- a 26 foot olympic with all the trimmings. Have a great time.

That was a HOT day of fishing! Took home a 20 lb. king, released a 12 and another 3 smaller ones myself. Some of the nate silvers were pretty big, saw 2 that were at or pushing 10 lbs (all nate silvers released) we caught more of these these than anything else. The pinks were pesky as expected, kept the downriggers going off about every 5 minuites after we got into them. Kept one big one maybe 8 lbs. The hac. silvers we got were running 4-5 lbs. but bigger ones were caught the day before. Randy spotted a Humpback whale while we were running up to the fishing grounds about 6am, later, in the afternoon we had some small (porpoise??) swimming around the boat popping their blow-holes at us, close enough to scrach their backs with your rod tip!! All in all a very kool day on the water...........c/22 thumbs

Kick it up one more time, to see if anyone else wants to chime in with a La Push fishing update. Thinking of doing Neah bay this weekend with my 11 year-old son (#1 time on the salt) , doing the buck-tail thing on the silvers & pinks to keep him too buzy to think about getting sea-sick......c/22 what
