I have had several telephone calls from Muckleshoot tribal authorities. I learned that Officer Potts did not respond to my calls because he was on two weeks National Guard duty. I was told by the Vice Chairman of the tribe’s fish commission that several citations were issued and that the case has been turned over to the tribal prosecutor. Punishment could run from a fine of $500 to loss of fishing privileges. The accused has had several violations in the past.

The tribe was not willing to release his name but did agree to advise me of the resolution of the case in tribal court. I will let you know how this comes out.
