I've been trying to figure out how to post photos (with little luck ), but my boy is 2. I'm pretty sure he will score his first steelhead this year on a dino the dinosaur rod . The kid casts like a pro and has caught many trout, bass, and bluegill. I think he might be a lefty. He takes all my right hand reels and turns the rod upside down to reel backwards with his left hand! It's really crazy how a serious addiction can be so genetically engraved into a kid! I have to tell him a story about fishing every night to get him to go to bed.... Way too much fun.

Neal M, it took me a while too, but I have mastered it,(Me Thinks). Try taking that URL you have and adding this ( [IMG] to the front and [/IMG] to the back of your URL. and see what happens.

They never grow out of it, Dances still goes to sleep with a kwikfish. Maybe it had to do with the thing we had hung above the crib, it had plugs on it instead of little animals. If you do this, don't forget to pinch the barbs!

Looks like just about a month 'til your little one has another junior league buddy. MommaBeee is getting pretty ripe and almost ready to deliver. Sometime close to Thanksgiving is what we are expecting.
That kwikfish looks like an excellent pacifier!

I'm flattered by your choice of Kwiks, but they only make good rattles/pacifiers while they are in the package. Even if you de-barb the hooks or remove them altogether, there is still one other serious hazard for your little one. I believe LJ uses lead-based paints to decorate those salmon-catchers.
