Does it come with anything else besides the oars? Fish box, anchor, pole holders?

Is the rowers seat adjustable?

The boat has 2 Fish On seats with cushions , 2 rod holders also Fish On, 30# Animal anchor with rope storage or fish box under passengers seat and front and rear water tight storage this is the 16 OD model OD for outfitters dory I believe and yes both the front and rowers seats are adjustable. The oars are 9'4'' sawyer lights in good shape the trailer a painted Baker with a tilt option has some rust since the boat has been at the coast for about a year or so, the chine has some dings in the gel coat in the middle section also the boat has a pulley system for the anchor control. Thats about it no pictures since I am not that hi-tech also the boat is located in Portland Or.
