Left, Oars in the fully broken down position, Middle, Oars in 2 pc mounted assembly, Right, 9' oar fully assembled.
Left two bases are front, right two are rear bases. 13" Springfield pedestal. Far Left Pedestal is an offset front mount to position the pedestal back a couple inches to give more room to the fisherman in the front.
