I have two small (less than an acre) sites with surplus phone company huts on them along the Columbia River Gorge that I am trying to get rid of. Buildings are brick, good sized, close to the river. One in Multnomah Falls, One at Cascade Locks / Wyeth. Could probably be used for fishing or hunting geteway cabins. Reply if interested.

Loc: Ahhhhh, damn dog!
so these are strictly recreational sites? What is it your looking to get out of them, and would you be willing to split them? how close to the river are they? Do they have power? Phone, and other utilities? Give us the answers that you would want if you had seen an add like the one you gave, you never know who my be interested. Including me.............Fishy.

These are switch buildings that were built on the sites in the 30s to house telephone junctions that with technology can now be housed in cabinet-sized roadside right-of-way sites. (Green boxes). Not big enough to split. One is about 50+100 and the other is about 208x190x275 (odd shaped.) They have electricity available but thats it. I believe they are both within 1/4 - 1/2 mile of the river, based on the surveys I have, adjacent to government land (They own most of the stuff near the river). Price is negotiable. If someone's interested they can send me a private message with their email address and I'll send them the particulars so they can look at them.
