SB 5316 & HB 1321 will prohibit private sales at gun shows

SB 5172 provides for firearm forfeiture by judicial order under certain circumstances

SB 5317 concerns the safe storage of firearms

SB 5315 requires ballistic fingerprinting of all new firearms and the creation of a ballistics imaging database

HB 1319 would prohibit government initiated lawsuits against firearm manufacturers for misuse of their products

Look at the bills and contact your Senator and/or Representative.

Hey Hog King, I've been checking these bills for my phone call to the legislative hotline & e-mails to my reps. HB 1316 looks like a energy tax bill. Is that a typo or am I missing something? Do you have any insight to SB 5172? It looks like a good thing to take guns away from criminals. All the others I tell them "Not no, but HELL NO!!"
