well, it seems to me every place i used to shoot at is getting shut down, like out past green water and out in purdy, so im wondering does anyone know of any good places withing 1 hour from auburn?

you mean out past greenwater at the rock quarry jus off the road? well they shut all of that down..no shooting sign everywhere..

CWU girl, those would be the obvious ones wouldn't they? But I think he probably doesn't want to pay to shoot. Guys, you're gonna have to realize, that nothing is free anymore. Besides, all these places people shoot out in the woods, end up being nothing but a big garbage dump and give guns/hunters a bad name. Another good place to shoot is the Evergreen Sportsmen's Club, near Littlerock, which is about 10 miles south of Olympia.

ya, i personally dont want to pay, nor will i, since i drive like so far, buy my own bullets, and all that, i jus want to not have a bunch of reglulated rules to apply to like at a range..i jus want to go target shoot, have fun, but i also do take my garbage home..those places do become a dump...
