I am looking for pidgeons or quail to train my new pup. Anybody know where I can purchase some on the west side.

There used to be a bird farm where I used to get ducks and pheasants for training my labs. Not sure if it's still there or not but it's kind of near nisqually going towards that boat ramp at Luhr Beach on Meridian RD.

Here's another place. The number....360-894-5877. The place is called Buster's Bird Farm. Not sure where it's at though. It may even be the same place thats listed above. It may not even exist anymore either.

Good luck and let me know what you find out about that Buster's place. Like where it's at and what kind of birds they carry. I'll be getting another lab pup in the future.

Also, what kind of dog do you have?

Thanks for the info, I'll call today and let you know. My new pup is a Gordon Setter. 2nd one I've owned. Great upland dogs.

I have a pidgeon trap I could make a good deal on, just put it up under an overpass and trap your own. Let me know it you are interested.
