I need help finding some elk in the westside units , all my spots are now posted , not asking for a hotspots just some starting points .
i really need the meat for my family

West Klickitat unit is a decent hunt on a good snow year.

If I were hunting ML instead of archery I would definitely be looking at the Coweeman unit, saw quite a few elk during the early archery season and with the early snow, there should be even more elk now.
I saw alot of elk all last winter driving up and down Rose Valley road, Headquarters road and Ostrander.

Any of the units in SW Wa have plenty of elk. Coweeman, Winston, Ryderwood, Stella, etc...

Us muzzeloaders can't hunt ryderwood or winston, and I wish we could shoot cows in the coweeman (3pt min). I'm sticking with 3pt min or antlerless units. Stellas pretty small but I hear of a lot of animals shot in there.

Wish I could find good access to the Stella unit, mostly private property from what I've found.

There is plenty of access in the stella unit. I killed a bull in there this year with my muzzleloader.

wsu, can you point me in the right direction? I haven't had any luck finding it!
