I have only been to the Hoh once earlier on in the year. My girlfriend and I were planning a trip to the Hoh this weekend and was wondering if anyone knew of any camping spots along the upper hoh road? Someplace were we can have a fire and nice little camp site. Any help would be very helpful, see ya!

About 5 miles up the Upper Hoh Road there's a couple sets of campsites you can choose from that are free. Just drive up the Upper Hoh Rd. and you can't miss the signs for them. Don't forget it's C+R only for natives above 101 on the Hoh. Last I heard anyway. Have fun and I hope your tent's waterproof. :-)

There's a campground called Minne Peterson's
on the Upper Hoh River Rd. Drove by it twice this weekend, not many people there.

If it is the same one Fish Finder is talking about I have camped at the DNR campground-on the left just west of the HARD RAIN CAFE

I stayed at Minnie Petersons last weekend and will be there for most of next week. Found some good fishing right across the road. Had the place to myself on Saturday night.
